my world is captured in my paintings through a careful study of
the simple and ordinary. coffee cups, pencils, and rubberbands
are my inspiration. incredibly textured fields of color surround
these objects and bring meaning and importance to something
that most of us would never give the time to stop and study.
my paintings become an experience in meditation. they are
spare and ambiguous, simple and complex, aggressive and
subdued.
