i have been interested in sculpture from my earliest memories.
although i have a good understanding and appreciation
of the wide range of modern art, the visual imagery and modest
scale dominates my sculptural inspiration. i find that wax can be
manipulated, modeled, and translated directly into bronze to
encompass a wonderful range of expression, and the resulting
bronze sculpture is especially satisfying to me. most of my
sculptures deal with the human image. currently, most of my
inspiration centers on varying perspectives of human performance.
